What was the highlight of BG Caballero
Great stay with some potential to go from good to great
Central location, great buffet for breakfast and dinner incl show cooking (positive surprise at this price level), staff consistently excellent. Overall we were pleased with value for money and also stayed at another BG hotel in the north but Caballero was far better. We have a couple of improvement points but nonetheless overall opinion is very positive
Rooms need an overhaul and are poorly sound insulated I would expect at least still water to be served during dinner and tea selection was very basic/low end at breakfast. Sadly no direct connection from indoor pool to outside and sauna was not working half the time. Pool was fine during March but I can imagine it must be too small if many guests make use of it during summer. 2 elevators are sadly not enough for the size of the hotel. I would expect billiard / pool table to be free in a hotel of this category

From our arrival to leaving the guest manageress was truely wonderful nothing was too much trouble
Everything Location, very clean, amazing staff, food excellent with an amazing choice.
Only negative was we found the bed and pillows hard.
